Paint the town Red !

Hello guys, I hope everything is amazing at your end. I have been on a busy schedule and might go for a week's trip to Nainital which means there will be a bad network making me unable to post further blogs.
So now coming back to my post, It is rightly said by Bill Blass that "When in doubt wear red." This is what the theme for today's post is i.e on how to carry a simple yet elegant red dress on a lazy evening when you feel too lazy to get dressed.
This dress is my personal favorite which I bought from Miss Chase. It has a feminine yet an edgy look. I personally feel plain clothes i.e without any prints can never go wrong and can go with any kind of accessories. I decided to keep the styling really simple and minimal. The cloth of this dress is Cotton jersey which makes it more easy to wear it in the Summers.

I paired the dress with this simple and classic handcuff along with a clutch. Both these things are in a combination of golden and black which automatically makes the whole outfit look aristocratic.
For my hair, I left them open naturally without any curling or straightening. Yes, they might look pretty wavy that's because I didn't comb them properly due to my laziness.

The back of this outfit makes it look more like a party dress and makes it look more stunning.

Of course, black heels played a major role in making the outfit look amazing. Till now, you guys would have got an idea about my love for black heels. Black heels are a must for every girl since it goes with every outfit. This outfit can be worn by you at a Cocktail party, for a prom night even for a Red theme party. It can simply go with anything and everything. If it's a morning or afternoon party then you can always put your favorite sunglasses. And yesss, the best part about this dress is that it has slits on both the sides :D.

Break the Stereotype with Black !

The first thing which should be told to everyone is that "Fashion is something which you are offered 4 times in a year but style is what you pick out of that fashion."

My article is all about looking statuesque and well-formed. I have always been an immense lover of colour black and this colour is a saviour when you are too lazy to pair things or in an absolute hurry and want to be at your best basic. So, to break the Stereotype of not wearing black in the summers, I have come up with an article on how to pair your Black top with Jeans and create a Formal lunch look.

I wore a black top which I got as a gift from Forever 21 and paired it with boyfriend jeans.  The black top from forever 21 is just amazing and is very easy to carry on any occasion. This top in itself is so complete that it can make you look all formal and sexy at the same time. I chose to wear boyfriend jeans since you cannot wear ripped jeans for formal lunch/dinner but you guys can wear it for attending parties or maybe going on dates. While the blazer is from my Grandfather's closet and is really close to my heart. Keeping the accessories minimal, I chose to wear Sunglasses and watch.

You guys can also wear it without the blazer while going for clubbing. I made a bun but you guys can open your hair and let them be. I chose to wear black heels to add to my style quotient.

Since I am not a make-up person, I have just applied an Eyeliner bought from Lakme and a red colour lip shade to add some style to this look. I have always tried avoiding Red lipstick but this shade from Lakme made me fall in love with it and I couldn't resist putting it. It is so smooth and doesn't feel as if you have applied something on your lips. For the eyeliner, I chose Eyeconic since it is smudge free and very easy to put.

Being Casual in College

Hello everyone,
First of all, I would like to thank each and everyone of you who viewed my Blog, liked it and poured in so many comments. This gave me the encouragement to work harder and an insight of more ideas to work on.
On my previous blog, I got suggestions for creating a College look. I am pursuing my Graduation and I know what a struggle it is to be comfortable, look casual yet stylish so here I am with the look wherein, I am wearing Pastel shades since It's really hot and pastel shades soothe the eyes as well as help keep yourself cool in this scorching heat.
Moving ahead, I wore a t-shirt that I bought from Jabong_India and pair of White trousers which I found at Just Casuals. As comfort is the key for college looks so paired these Oxford shoes which I purchased from Street Style Store, India. And since, every college student needs a watch in his/her life I have accessorized this look with a Kenneth Cole watch in Baby pink and a bag in which you can fit in all your essentials for the day.

I hope you guys like the look. Do give your comments and don't forget to subscribe.
Until next post,
Lots of love.

Oceanic Blue

Hello Everyone,
Well ! It's my very first blog and i am very excited to start this journey. Before I take you to my blog, I intend to give you a brief introduction about me. I am a Graduate Student and my aim for starting this blog is to encourage people to be the way they are and to be comfortable in their body type. You all can do so much with your life for yourself. Life is too short to follow the Stereotype. I intend to indulge myself in Fashion Blogging since that is something which fascinates me.
So without wasting any more time. Here is my Blog where i am wearing a Blue Floral Maxi which i bought from Myntra and my sunglasses are from The hype shop. John Ruskin said it right,"Blue colour is everlasting appointed by the deity to be a source of delight." This maxi is really very comfortable and very flowy for summers. The colour itself is so soothing and relaxing. Despite the hectic day i was at ease in this outfit, feels almost like a second skin. I styled this look with heels and sunglasses which i love. Here are my shoot pictures,

Hope you guys like this post, also do give your views on it.
Until next time,
Xoxo
